Women's Grievance Redressal Cell


The Women's Grievance Redressal Cell is constituted in compliance with the directives of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in the case of Vishaka & Ors vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors (1997 AIR 3011). The cell aims to provide a safe and discrimination-free work environment for all women employees and students in the institute.

  • Awareness Generation: Organizing gender sensitization programs and awareness workshops for students and staff.
  • Regular Meetings: Conducting periodic cell meetings to address and resolve complaints received from women employees and students.
  • Seminars: Organizing seminars on legal rights, safety, and empowerment of women.
  • Guidance & Support: Providing guidance and counseling to women facing workplace or academic issues and assisting them in seeking resolution.
