Grievance Redressal Mechanism

Following Appeal And Grievances Committee (Other Than Examination) parallel to hierarchical organization of institute is constituted for running institute under autonomous status as per Government of Maharashtra as per Government Resolution No. WBP-1093/(2640) (69)VE-5 Dated- 31stMarch, 1994.
MembersFunctions, and responsibilities
  1. Joint Director of Technical Education of the Region - Chairman
  2. One Industry Representative from the Governing Body - Member
  3. Principal of the Polytechnic - Member
  1. To entertain complaints and grievance of the staff working in the institute.
  2. Hearing/Documentation.
  3. Redressal of the grievance.
  4. Award in writing in necessary.
  5. The staff is allowed to appeal to the Governing Body if he/she is not satisfied with the award. The Governing Body will have rights to change the decision if found necessary.
  6. To recommend serious matters of grievances to Governing Body when necessary.
