Examination Cell

The Examination Cell under the autonomy was established under the World Bank Assisted Project in the year 1995. The examination Cell for planning, implementation and overall controlling of the different duties & responsibilities related to the examination cell is headed by Controller of Examinations (COE).

A.The Various activities of the cell are -

1. Setting up of term end examination question papers.
2. Evaluation of answer book of term end examination.
3. Preparation of panel of examiners for paper setting, practical and oral examinations.
4. Conducting examination of external agencies as per requirement.
5. Conduct of convocation annually for diploma holders who have completed their courses.
6. Registration of student for different program and courses.
7. Deciding policies regarding registration/examination.
8. Conducting exam committee meeting and incorporation change suggested by them for effective evaluation system.
9. Maintaining complete academic record of student from entry to exit from system.
10. Preparation and implementation of academic calendar for institute.
