GOVERNMENT POLYTECHNIC NAGPUR

Students are expected to maintain strict discipline within and outside the classroom, workshop, laboratories and library and to observe the rules prescribed from time to time. They are also expected to show politeness and courtesy of speech as well as observe cleanliness.

Spitting on walls, road etc. is strictly prohibited.

Use of Mobile phone is strictly prohibited.

Bicycle and other two wheelers should strictly be parked at the allotted parking lot.

As far as possible and without any special reason, use of caps should be avoided in institutional premises.

Use of waste paper baskets be made for disposal of loose papers etc. No games should be played on the ground from 9.30am to 4.30pm.

Students should not sit on the steps of main building, canteen and other buildings in the institutional premises.

Girls and Boys shall not unnecessarily stand in groups in the institutional premises except other than holding academic discussions.

No single boy and girl are allowed to sit at isolated places and vacant rooms during or after working hours.

Students must leave the campus immediately after the evening classes are over.

Ragging is strictly prohibited. If found guilty, student is liable for disciplinary action as per Government laws.
